All Deed Restrictions that have been filed with Montgomery County Clerk are available here for your convenience. The Deed restrictions dated 2006 are the restrictions the HOA is using at this time. 2009 amendment is a clarification of wording for 2006 and the 2016 amendment is an extension of the Restrictions from 2023 to 2033.

We have employed an attorney to draft the changes needed to be compliant with Texas Property Code & Legislative changes made by the State. You are encouraged to review, make suggestions and ask questions on anything you do not understand. We need your input and vote to be able to file the revised and consolidated version of the restrictions. NOTE: TEXAS LAW MUST BE FOLLOWED EVEN IF THOSE LAWS ARE NOT FOUND IN OUR RESTRICTION DOCUMENTS.
